We have a good local inventory of items available in New Zealand for a quick delivery but given the extensive variety of items, sizes, colours and finishes, many orders will have to be crafted and then delivered to you from Europe. Please allow around 6 weeks from the time of payment to the delivery for these items to you.

We are pleased to note that shipping is included in the price (for domestic delivery in New Zealand).

Attention when ordering larger items: please note the dimensions of the fruit you wish to order. For example, a double giant apple is 120cm by 100cm and weights 100 kilograms. They do not fit in all doorways and can be difficult to deliver up stairs. Please be sure that they can be delivered to you.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
